omega-3 oils relief lower back pain

Most people will suffer from lower back pain. The young are cause by carring too heavy object and too much excercise. For men and women after the age of forty its a commom illness as our body lack of many vitamins and minerals such as calcium.

Fishes which describe as oily fish such as River Trout, Salmon. Sardines, Herrings and Mackeral because their flesh contains the beneficial omega-3 oils and rich in fatty acids which is said to be very good in treatment of lower back pain. Oily fish also contains niacin and vitamin D which are both essential for maintaining healthy bones and nerves plus they also help your body to absorb calcium.
