People who are active in sports are more prone to lower back pain

Ageing plays many parts in lower back pain. Those who are sixty years of age and above are more prone to lower back pain then those who is in their teenages. Lower back pain are cause due to a fall in a early stage or time, lifting heavy objects, sitting on a chairs at the wrong height or sleeping in one place for too long. Bending too long in one position or twisting your body while at works also are one of the cause to lower back pain.

Other common cause of lower back pain are those who are active in sports. Most sports such as golf, baseball, bowling, high jump and long jump or even sports like rugby and soccer which involves twisting and bending and its likely to straining your back that will eventually leads to lower back pain. Athletes or people who over trained themselves can be result to lower back pain.
