Back pain is a common ailment to all men and women alike and most of the cause are due to aging, caring heavy objects or bending down to long. Back pain are commonly to young adults attributed to injury resulting from athletic activities.

Most people will seek therapy for treatment while others seek medication. With proper care lower back pain will go in a few weeks or month. If you experience with lower back pain and find difficulties in sleeping a friend recommended and I find its work very well when I suffered back pain. Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side, this methods reduce the pain and provide comfort in sleeping.

The cause of lower back pain are due to the overuse of our body muscle that cause our muscle to be strain, and injured to our muscles, ligaments and disc that support our spine. When we injured our muscle that can lead to an overall imbalance in the spinal structure and thus making the back prone to injury. Most of the cause of our lower back pain are due to carry heavy objects, bending in one position to long and heavy or body contact games such as soccers or rugby.

is based on the assumption that the pain gives you, It is better to see a doctor if the injury is heavy or the pain won't go aways for too long. But most people pain will go away on its own in a weeks or two or three. The best treatment is have plenty of rest in bed as it will released our muscle that is strain or injured. People who are active in sports are more prone to lower back pain

Ageing plays many parts in lower back pain. Those who are sixty years of age and above are more prone to lower back pain then those who is in their teenages. Lower back pain are cause due to a fall in a early stage or time, lifting heavy objects, sitting on a chairs at the wrong height or sleeping in one place for too long. Bending too long in one position or twisting your body while at works also are one of the cause to lower back pain.

Other common cause of lower back pain are those who are active in sports. Most sports such as golf, baseball, bowling, high jump and long jump or even sports like rugby and soccer which involves twisting and bending and its likely to straining your back that will eventually leads to lower back pain. Yoga exercise is good for your lower back pain

When you reach the age of fifty and above, you are no more consider young as the past is the past as you will no longer be doing the things which you are doing at the young age. Like climbing, lifting heavy objects, bending and heavy exercise and so on. During my young age I am a sportsman and besides I like climbing up coconut trees and other trees but today at the age of sixty whenever I climb or carry heavy objects I will sprain my back and will suffer lower back pain for a few days or even a week.

To reduce my lower back pain I went for ancient massage every month and also avoid carry heavy objects, no more climbing and doing light exercise like walking and yoga exercise. Yoga exercise is good for your lower back pain as if ease and relax your muscle and also help you to realease stress.
